Swords & Earrings is a turn based strategy game settled in a medieval fantasy world (RPG).

Tales of Andaria comprises the following features:

- Build up an army which is carried over from scenario to scenario.
- Conquer enemy barracks and palisades and face a challenging Artificial Intelligence (AI) of the opponents

- 42 character skills like 'Spin Attack', 'Healing', 'Stealth', 'Mass Lightning', or 'Rend Armor'

User Interface:
- A (clumsy) double tap made a unit stay at a a new position and prevented the user from doing an intended attack or skill usage.
To address this issue, a new icon order was introduced (Game Options -> Default Action : Atk) which is the default for all new installations.
In case of an update, the old icon order is the default style (Default Action : Stay) but can be changed manually via Game Options. Give the new icon order a try. Once you get used to it, you will see the benefits.
- Game progress is saved automatically now; hence the suspend function during battle was removed (it still makes sense to manually save in the Ally camp from time to time, though, so you can go back to a particular game state at any time)
Contents:
- Minor enemy AI improvements (e.g. improved protection of the own barracks)
- Minor improvement for Optimize equipment
- Additional hints added to some of the scenarios
- Some dialogs overhauled and some spelling mistakes corrected
Balancing:
- Slightly increased damage bonus / penalty for attacking an opponent with a lower / higher level
- Assassin's base damage slightly decreased
- Skill 'Bewitch' improved (much more difficult to resist now)
- Skill 'Skill Strike' drains more SP now
- Scenario 'Women's day' more difficult now
Technical issues:
- Improved background behavior
- Some of the AI routines are slightly faster now and consume less memory
